please help....really desperate

hi my son has just used musicmatch somehow to delete over 30 gigs of irreplaceable music from my f drive ,please please tell me somehow I can restore the f drive ?

I have two hard drives c and f and my operating system is xp pro

hi guys
havent switched on my main pc since my disaster with my music, however I've just found the file in my f drive within my my music folder in a folder called recycler ......................is there any way of undoing this recycler folder so that all the music tracks some 4600 odd about 32 gig worth go back into their empty album folders ie the who etc etc
