Please Help. Which 1??

I have a 'AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+ (Socket 939)' CPU and a

'GeForce 6800 GS 256MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express)' graphics card.

What is the best motherboard form me? either the:

Asus A8N-VM CSM Micro ATX (Socket 939) PCI Express Motherboard (MB-119-AS)
or the

Asus A8N-E nForce4 Ultra (Socket 939) PCI-Express Motherboard (MB-088-AS)

Please can you also explain why u chose ** chosen motherboard.

You do realise that they are different sized motherboards? Micro ATX and ATX?

I've got the A8N-E and it's not bad. Northbridge fan is prone to getting a bit noisey so would have wanted to go with one of the heatpipe Asus boards, even though I'm not going to use SLI. (I replaced the fan with a Zalman NB47J, only problem then is making sure the graphics card cooler is clear of this!)
