Please help with MoBo selection

Hi there

I am looking for a P45 Mobo to replace my asus p5n-e sli.
Was going to get the P5Q Pro, but noticed that it does not support SLI

Can anyone suggect a good mobo that has the following please:

775 socket
2*pci 16 sli
will accomodate the pro freezer 7
will run RAM in dual channel- also has minor compatibility problems with RAM

So if I buy a p45, I cannot run Gcard in SLI, would you recommend that I ditch the SLI cards and replace with one on a P45 (seeing that my 2*8500gt are pretty CR*P anyway??)

So which p45 would you recommend (assuming a budget of £150)
and then which G card to go with that (assuming a budget of £150)

then lastley Memory......
