Please Help with overclocking on my P35-DS3L

Ok, im not new to overclocking, but i am new to OC with this motherboard.

Currently my rig is.

4gb Corsair DDR2 XMS
Intel Core 2 Duo 7200 Currently Oc'd to 2.8
and finally
Nvidia Geforce 8800GT with 512 MB Ram

Any ideas how i would Overclock my Ram and CPU in conjuction without causing problems. Plus im running Vista home Premium 64bit.

The most important thing is to force the CPU:RAM multiplier to 2.0. After that things will be easier. You don't say what Corsair XMS2 you have, but I'm going to assume it's the PC6400. If so, it doesn't overclock much over 400FSB at all.
