Please help with PC crashes while gaming?

Hi, I have very little knowledge on pc components and id it love if someone can help me.
When i play games on my pc it often crashes almost or something and restarts and I have no idea what this is? If anyone can help it would be great because it is a very annoying issue!
- aerocool integrator 680w
- ryzen 5 2600
- radeon rx 580 4gb sapphire nitro
- 16gb corsair vengeance ram 3200mhz
- ASROCK b450 steel legend

Probably easier to list the specs of the system, also do you know if it's overclocked at all?

- Im not too sure, in the bios I changed something with my ram which my builder said to do.

That was probably enable XMP/DOCP.... That could cause crashes, so switch that off and run the games that way to see if the problem happens still

Yeah give it a try... Do you know your PSU model?

added it rn, also that didnt help it crashed again however there wasnt an option to turn it off

Are you able to upload a picture of the BIOS on the memory page? Just so we can see if anything stands out

Have you got any temperature monitoring software installed? MSI Afterburner or something similar? If you have, can you let us know your gpu temperature when gaming?

Try manually setting the ram to 3000mhz and see if that fixes it.
