Please help with pointing site

Hello,

As per my thread yesterday I've just moved to TSOHost but for some reason my domain works but not in the sense of going to its web pages.

Forwarded mail is fine, prefix domains work fine as well (shop. for example)

The domain and www records both point to 199.34.228.44
In the control panel the web IP shows as 188.65.114.122 though.

If you ping the domain you get response from the correct IP but if you ping www. you get response from this mystery tso IP.

Any ideas to help me out?

**Slight update, I had a domain alias for www. so have removed that and gone with a straight up A record for both the domain and www now.

Not sure exactly what it was to be fair now but either way it looks like everything is sorted now.
In the DNS records I hadn't put a dot after www but none of the other sub's have this dot and they all work fine.

Never mind, thanks for your help though as it looks like there was also a DNS cache problem from my end.
