Please help with small upgrade.

Hi guys.

Few month ago video card (Leadtek GeForce 6800 Ultra) on my PC died and I have been usind my wife's laptop for a while now. Finally decided to sort my PC out. I didnt upgrade my PC for 2 years now and dont really know what card to look for, so please help
Budget is no more than 200 quid.

Specs are:

Athlon 64 3500 (939)
Abit AV8
GeIL 1GB (2x512MB) PC3200 Value
...
Antec TruePower 550W PSU
