please help! with vista

can someone please tell me how to downgrade directx 10 to 9, as i had 9 running on vista 32bit but my stupid bro has installed 10 which my graphics card is not compatible with so non of my games now work.

i could kick the stupid little ****

dx10 is part of vista, you can't remove it. and games work fine with dx9 only cards. you might need to update dx9 though.
