Please help!!!!!!!!!

I've been on all day, I'm at the point where my pc says:
BOOTMGR is missing press ctrl+alt+del to restart.
If I do the same thing, this is after I've used my recovery disks to start up from blue screen error, My recovery disks are acer e-recovery not windows vista, so I can't do that other solution if I had full normal windows recovery.

Can anyone help?

do you have full windows vista recovery disc or Windows Vista OEM for your laptop or PC? if you have Windows Vista OEm disc then you can reformat and start again but recovery disc you can do as well -- clean up hard drive and start again and let us know if it work.
