PLEASE HELP...

Hi i am having yet another problem... i bought the Primo Trinity" Intel Pentium Dual Core E6500 2.93GHz DDR2 System from ocuk i put my ati radeon 5770 in it and the fan spins. i have windows 7 ultimate i put the drivers for the xfx in and it is telling me no xfx is found also its not on control panel or device manager and it wont scan for it, can any one please help?

ahhhh i didnt realise there is a six pin connector at the back of the gfx but ther is a pin in the middle of a connector i have with two 4pins attached but one pin is missing on the 6 is just a hole the other 5 have metal pins will this work?

lolol yh that last post made no sense! all sorted anyway im a noob and didnt even see the six pin connector on the back of the card...
