I don't know what is wrong and I hope it is not virus.
About a week ago windows 7 started acting weird, by that I mean from time to time it starts flickering. The address/task bar starts flickering, if I'm using a program it shuts sometime... I don't know what is wrong. I have scanned my PC with my anti virus (Eset Nod 32) and nothing was detected. I have deleted all the programs I have installed in the past week and it is the same. Can somebody help me? Is there a way to fix this?

AVs don't tend to look for certain types of malware/spyware. So give Malwarebyte's Antimalware a spin, see if it finds anything ESET missed/ignored.

Use Process Explorer [search for Sysinternals Suite on Google] and see what is running, anything you don't recognise the name of, look up.

Thank you for your advice

Can you write step by step for dummy (aka me) what to do.

Download and install Malwarebyte's antimalware. Give that a spin. If it finds nothing, try the below.

You don't need Process Explorer, but it is somewhat better than Task Manager. In Task Manager just click on Processes and make sure the "Show processes from all users" box is checked.

Anything you don't recognise, look up.

Event Viewer can be found by opening a Run box [Windows Key + R] and typing eventvwr then hitting enter. Look under Application and System at the time you notice a problem. Anything with a Red or Yellow icon next to it suggests an issue. Not everything will be relevant as errors/warnings are quite common even on a system working normally.
