Hey guys

Im looking to upgrade my pc`s mboard ram n cpu in the next month, tomo ill be buying the mboard n in 4 wks the cpu n ram. The motherboard im looking at is this one

Im still undecided on the memory as yet but in youre opinion have I made a gd decision? I generally just game on my pc along with watch the odd movie. Ive got a 780ti oc graphics card 2x 256mb ssd`s which atm are running at half speed because my board only supports 3gbs sata. Ive only got a 400 budget at mo so I may only have enough to get 8gbs of ram n in coming weeks get another 8gb. So what im asking really is do you suggest a different mboard? And if you have the time mayb suggest some gd gaming ram for me. Thankyou so much for your time
 
Thanks guys for replying, currently I have a i5 760 but like I said its only 3gbs for sata so ill get that improvement regardless

Re-use your CPU cooler (socket 1156 coolers work with 1151) or buy new.

Thanks for the bundle link, im finally getting my upgrade on my payday the 20th, was unlucky not to have full amount recently. Ive got one question, because ive waited another month, is it close to new versions of cpu coming out? if I buy now will it be old gear ina month because id prefer to wait longer if that's the case

When is that due?

edit: found out its due sep 2016, so in that case n with what you've said ill go ahead with the skylake n jus get a better cpu if needed when released, thanks man
