I would sa the Asus STriker 2 Extreme as I have one and its a great board.....can't comment on the other one though

Striker Extreme can be problematic. Nvidia's chipsets are hit and miss to be honest.

Some people have good results with them and for others they're the worst thing on the planet.

Are you going to go SLi? If not, stick with an Intel chipset.
