I received my overclocked bundle yesterday and when I checked it didn't include the TIM that was part of the package. So I used OCuk webnote system to let them know.

At 6pm I received an email from Steven at OCuk who said that OCuk were sorry and my TIM would be sent out to me. Great.

Then 10 minutes later I received the email again. And again 10 minutes later. And then again. At 10.30pm I used the webnote system again to tell them they have a problem with their email system. It's now 11am the following morning and I've received over 120 emails telling me my TIM will be sent to me.

Please will someone make it stop.

Boom, there's another one...
 
Ring them.

If they are having trouble with an IT system the best thing would probably not be to use an IT system to try and resolve it.

Just a thought.
 
I did ring them yesterday and was stuck at queue position 2 for about 7 or 8 minutes at 10p/minute.

I hung up because I realised that before long I would overtake the cost of the TIM on the phone call alone...
 
I'm getting one email every 10 minutes. I would add it to the spam filter, but i'm expecting an important email from OCUK. Will have to trawl through i guess. :)
 
just an acknowledgement that they are looking into it would be nice. Right now I have no idea how long this will continue for.

I can add it into my spam filter, however there may be emails from OcUK that I WANT to see. Just not these 130.
 
I'll close copy this to the Dons room for one of the shop guys to see :)

Hopefully they'll get it fixed shortly (if they aren't already working on it).
