Everything looks perfect, as the mobo you chose is CF/SLI ready. do you plan on having 2 GPU. if so go for a higher PSU Watt.

I think you should get a hard drive as well as the SSD, because i don't know about you guys but i would get through 120gb like it was nothing.

swap ssd for crucial m4 and dont get the 1gb version of the 560 ti. 2gb or pick a different card you will regret buying any 1 gb cards they will age very quickly in modern games.
noctua d12 or 14 for cpu cooler also.
swap power supply for somthing silver rated at least over 600watt my preferance is corsair
sli 560's are pointless as the cost to a 79xx series amd or keplar will make it not worth the money in the future to sli them especialy at 1 gb ram per card.
the haf is a good case id swap it for a full tower if it was my money tho. probably the antec dark fleet or haf x. The extra space is a godsend.
mo bo i would change to a asrock z68 gen3. or if on a budget a Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 Intel Z68

as for hard disk storage try n pick up a western digital caviar black they are fastest normal drives however only samsung have been unafected by the floods so they might be hard to find at a sensible price if so then samsung your only reasonable choice.

My budget doesnt stretch that far but i am thinking that i could do away with sli capabillity, get the 2gb version of the 560ti, and drop to an Asus P8Z68-V LX mobo, and switch in the crucial ssd.

stick with 560 ti 2gb or wait like most of us until next gen to buy a card that will last a few years as there is a significant process drop from 40 nm to 28nm which should see 70 percent perfomance gains on current high end. ie you get sumthing similar to a 6990 or gtx 590 for just over 200 quid later this month think there is a announcement on the 5th from AMD for a launch of there 79xx series
