Please recommend 4k monitor 120 or 144 Hz refresh rate

I have up to £800 to spend on a 27 inch 4k monitor that needs to be at least 120 Hz refresh rate. It needs HDR too with either IPS or VA panel. It will be used for both competitive FPS games and single player RPGs.

I have spent some time reading reviews and Amazon comments and no monitor seems perfect. I am however leaning towards the Philips 279M1RV, but even for that monitor there are plenty of people moaning.

Can anyone here please recommend a monitor?

I should have given a response, I was looking at around the price range you were looking at, and ultimately decided it's worth the premium to go up to the 27" OLEDS just getting released : )

Bit too expensive and response times not great for those OLED models.
