I know it will take 1, but does the drive cage block the 2nd 8800GTX, assuming I want to put 2 hard drives in that cage.

thanks

If I remember correctly the drive bay itself is not in the way, but the drives will get in the way in terms of length. Depending on the motherboard if you use the lowest 2 drive slots you might be ok.

Thanks. And I guess you could mount the drives in a bit so they are not quite touching the front fan. I like the PC-7 for it's simplicity even though I know the Antec 900 with all it's fans probably does a better job cooling.

Just wondering if the one OcUK sell has the sidepanel with the vent ?

Mr. Floyd is right. The problem is easily solved, though, by mounting the hard disk in a 5.25" bay with an adapter or an enclosure.

I don't think you'd be able to move the disks far enough forward in the lower drive bay as there's only about 1" between the drives and the fan under normal use. With no drives there you'd have that 120mm fan blowing directly on your GPUs.

Good idea. I have one of these Scythe Kama Bay Coolers. Could mount that in the front cooling the hard drives. Then use 2 pairs of nexus hdd mounts to attach the drives. That would free up the bottom for gpu cooling. Excellent. Only minus is that would mean 2 front intakes and 1 rear outake. Sort of unbalanced. Maybe I could try something like a couple of SilentMaax enclosures. They are supposed to be very good though pricey. What would work best ?

Nothing bad abou that, positive air pressure isnt a bad thing.

i have 3 intakes, 2 exhausts, works well for me!
