Ive got a 2hr mix, how do I separate the mix into X2 60mins? This is driving me nuts....arrrggg cant figure it out, and if poss would like to fade out the ending?

I know you can drag the cursor, but I was hoping to use some kinda timeline to things perfect?

Not sure if there is an exact time line snap tool to use, but you can get very close.

If you select the zoom tool, and go in to as near to 60 mins as you can, click once using the bracket tool around the 60min 0 sec mark, then use the arrow keys to move the cursor until 60 min 0 sec appears in the bottom-left under "Cursor", you should be able to get within 0.0000002 secs at least! Then go to Edit->Select->Cursor to End, copy the selection and paste to a new document.

To fade, make a selection with the bracket tool from where you want the fade to start, and go to Effect->Fade Out
The more times you apply the effect to your selection the smoother the fade is applied.

Open 2hr mix file
Zoom in around where you want to split it, really far in
Move the cursor thing to 1hr 0min 0.00 seconds
Select to the end, cut
Export as mp3
Erase rest of track
Paste what you cut at beginning
Export as mp3
Job done

And there's an option to fade in there somewhere too, can't remember where, read the help files

Edit: whoops you beat me
