I'm after a budget gaming PC in the 300-350 range (ex VAT). Would you mind taking a few mins to spec me one? Will be using an old 1280x1024 DVI monitor and already have mouse, keyboard and speakers.

Thanks for the replies, I'm wondering if it's worth trying to get a setup with a separate graphics card from the APU?

Also with the Xigmatek case, can you recommend which air filters I need to keep dust down inside? I notice that it doesn't come with dust filters.

For that budget you wouldn't.

The APU's GPU power is comparible to that of (currently) a £50-£60 GPU (new). I wouldn't go for anything less than a 7770/7790/GTX650(ti) if buying a GPU new (£100), the you'd need a decnet CPU to go with it, 6300 or i3 3220.

This sort of blows your budget.

Considering you resolution the APU should be more than enough.

Two of these would be fine: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CM-021-AK

Your right :D, I just looked at this:

"AMD A75 Chipset, x2 DDR3, x1 PCI-E x16, x1 PCI-E x1, x1 PCI, x4 SATA 3GB/s, x1 Gigabit LAN, x6 USB 2.0, 4x USB 3.0, Realtek 7.1 Audio"

Seems OCUK got that bit wrong.

I'm always right :D :p
