apologies for yet another spec me thread but reading past articles i cant find the exact criteria im looking for.

i mostly use my pc for games and use the monitor in my sig (which i think is awesome but need a bigger screen now)

please spec me a quality 22" monitor - without a glossy screen good for games.

prolly going for TN panel - i hear the Samsung SM-2232BW is good?

preferably be future proof (maybe with hdmi sockets etc)

and 1 more question - does 1680x1050 Resolution on a 22" look the same as 1900x1200 on a 24"?

or is it worth for me to look for a 24"? and can you pec me some too please - is the Samsung SM-245B any good?

ive had a 20inch/24inch/22inch

jumping from 20 to 22inch there no difference just bigger pixels.. really.

if you gunna get a display get 20 or 24 (unless your blind :) )

24inch looks far superior

actually thinking about it...i sit about 2 feet away from my screen.....maybe 24" is a bit excessive then?

i hear what smogsy is saying regarding the pixels between 20" and 22" - 22" pixels being bigger :(

would a 20" suit my needs?.....i just want a good quality TN gaming panel that gives me more real estate (games such as WOW are mighty cluttered with mods enabled and fps's i feel im lacking FOV)

my budget is no more than £250 - hopefully theres a bargain to be had somewhere

what do you guys think?

are the ocuk value tft's any good? no offense but arent they like cheap bargain monitors?
