please spec me a graphics card

Hey all looking for a graphics card please as im still using the onboard graphics on my Z97M-PLUS just recently got the 40" KU6400 and using it as a pc monitor but due to me only using the onboard i can output 4k but at only 30hz and not 60hz so if i upgraded to a decent card t would benefit im not looking to game its mainly for films i have seen people say that its the NVIDIA 10 series that offer what im looking for but which one would suit my needs many thanks

If games aren't important get a gtx1050; should still be a jump over the onboard gfx as well as having HDMI 2.

What card will give me the option for R/B/G is they any specific card better then others for like using a 4k TV as a pc monitor or they all just about the same sorry for the lame questions lol. Another thing anybody using a TV as a pc monitor?
