After having my house-mates laugh at me for putting a graphics card in the oven, I had a couple of weeks of smugness followed by the past week of checking my emails on my phone.

Would very much appreciate any help that you guys could give me, and please feel free to tell me I'm being an idiot with the spec below.

I have £1500 to spend, but don't have to spend all of it.

I already have keyboard, mouse and screens, but need an OS. Half an hour of looking around got me the following:

Mostly going to be used for gaming, although I have two screens and often watch something at the same time.

i would personally swap the p183 for the p193 as the p193 has a lot more room and better cooling than the p183.

i have got the p190 and wouldn't get rid of it for anything on the market now.

over clockers dont stock the p193 anymore but for £35 more you can get it on the web.

I would get a Crucial C300 64gb over the OCZ 2E. Its cheaper has 4gb more space, Sata 3 with much higher reading speeds. Writing speeds dont really matter because how many times are you going to install windows 7 and a couple of programmes? Not much, but you will boot up a lot so higher reading speeds will be better.

I would change the Windwos 7 to a retail Home premium.

Thanks for all of the tips guys. Couple of questions.

Is the Gelid Icy cooler worth the hassle of installing it? Not going to be overclocking the card for the foreseeable future.

Is there any way of finding out when OC will have the Crucial C300 64gb SSD in stock?

well the Gelid cooler is a lot quieter and gives far lower temps than the reference cooler and is a lot (as in 20dB) less quiet than the AMP! cooler
