Please spec me a small HTPC build

Hey all i just need a little help please. Me and the Mrs Currently have a HTPC in our bedroom which was built by OCUK and has an i5 4690 we love it. Now we have our full BluRay 1080p collection on there. Now we have plex home theatre on the system. We decided to use that as a plex server. We decided to add two 5tb WD reds in the machine. Now the tv downstairs is also a Samsung H6400 48". Now we have an Android box and the canton dm55 connected but we do not like the plex app on android so we decided to go the HTPC route. So the requirements. We want to Run KODI and PLEX in 2 different applications. So want a small footprint HTPC That will play 25-35 gb 1080p files and do DTS-HD-MA and truehd audio. I know you get the intel NUCS but thinking might get more for our money if went the other route £350 is roughly what want to spend. No drives needed. The machine wont be for gaming just plex client and kodi and browsing use

i ask the same question cause nobody ever replies if you read the question properly in the first place instead of arrogance i don't want to keep on Android. PLEX and KODI do not work together on the pi2. You can only run one or the other on openelec and not both. I do not want PLEXMBC, I want to run the applications differently i use kodi for tv shows exc and plex for my own collection of films and music. If you do not want to help that is fine. No need to be arrogant about it
