Please spec me a Windows Media PC - Ta!

Hi there

I'm looking to build a HTPC and want to spend in the region of £1200. I've built plenty of PCs before but would be grateful if some kind person could spec me up something decent...want decent graphics, nice case, about 1gb mem, dual digi tuners, around 500gb HDD - basically everything i need for a decent setuo.

My other PCs are athlon dual cores, are these good for HTPC or maybe I could try the new P4 dual cores for a change?
