Please Spec Me and ITX Rig

I am looking to get a new rig for as cheap as possible. Now I need it to be in and ITX case as I will be moving it from place to place.

My current rig is:

i5 2500k
16GB DDR2 RAM
256GB SSD Drive
ATI HD 6850 1GB
3TB Back Up Drive
Fractal Design Midi Case
DVD-RW


Now I've had this set up for a long time now. I mainly use it to do 3D modelling work in my spare time as a hobby (I know Quadro & FriPro cards are ideal for 3D work) but all I'm looking for is a spec which matches or beats my current spec that I can fit into an ITX case.

Budget wise I dont know how much it would cost so lets say between £400-£700.

i figured I can used the SSD from my current rig.

Any advice or specs would be greatly appreciated.

You could probably reuse your psu, ssd and hard drives. do you have ddr3 ram ?
