Please spec.. Mini itx gaming rig

Looking at building a mini itx gaming rig. Would like to run all the latest games on high settings and cover me for a few years before building a new rig. I do like the look of the MSI GTX 760 Twin Frozr, is it any good for my build.

I already have...
i5 2500k
XFX PRO 750w
Hard drives.

So all I need is ..
Mobo
Ram
CPU Cooler
Graphics Card
Case

Budget around £300-£350

Hi thanks for the replies, I'm using windows 7, I would love to have the h100i but its taking me way over budget, unless I could lose it somewhere else.

The RAM is the same stuff btw. How much have you gotten the Z77E-ITX for?

Thanks for your help guys, I have not bought the Z77E yet mate, so open to any advice on a better board? Was looking to pay no more than £80, which does bring me over budget but would be worth the extra money?

Thats commercialization for you hahaha, Its still a good build for the money though right? I'm not one for jumping on the latest and greatest and cant warrant switching CPU when the i5 2500k is a great little cpu.
