As for graphics what res are you going to be gaming at?

as high as posssible, hopefully i will be able to connect it to my sharp 42" 1080p tv.
why change to ram?

The PC5300 Ballistix is apparantly based on the same chips as the PC8500 so should in theory reach 1000mhz+ while the Geil seems to be topping out in the 900-950mhz range it seems.

You could also get a SATA DVDRW but other than that if you incorporate Will_3rd's suggestions it looks good.
