Please suggest smallest chassis that will house and power 45w vid card?

I need to build a tiny pc based off a mini-itx dual atom board I have. However I have a requirement for it which must be met. The chassis and psu must be able to house a pcie video card. Not a huge latest all singing all dancing one, just an oldish single slot Radeon.

The system is in fact already in a wallmount chassis which is perfect.. except that its external 60w psu brick wont handle the video card which has a draw of about 45w.

So I'm looking for alternatives or ideas to work around this? Can anyone suggest some tiny tiny cases that will fit my criteria? Or can anyone even think of way around my problem with the current wallmount chassis?

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks for the advice Legion.

Hmm I didn't think that would be possible? But I admit to knowing pretty much nothing about electronics!

Would it really be as simple as you say?

Part of the description for my current chassis is this,
'Power supply included: 110-240V External Universal 60W AC Adapter and UK power cord; 62W Internal DC power board.'

Does the '62w internal dc power board' part infer that regardless of the bricks power (say if it was 150w as you suggest) that the max used by the system will only ever be 62w? Or am I wrong and it has nothing to do with it?
