I am going to order a 1*x*HP Proliant DL145 Rack*Server G2 or something with a similar spec ( budget £50) next week, but what os should I use, and how would I do what I want to do? Here's what I am planning

Minecraft server
File access for wireless connections
Ability to access and download files from out of the network
downloading freeware and then sending it too wireless computers on the same network
