Sorry, just been on the phone to several people, had to type my account numbers in at least 4 times and repeat it 5 seconds later.

I'd imagine you don't have much going on in your life at the moment, do you?

I thought the point of entering your account number was to check your balance? And then when you want to go through to customer service then they'll ask you again because the account number doesn't feed through to them from their automated balance checking system or something..... OR I could just be talking BS! :D

Fully agree it is a pointless system that takes up time/money and helps no one. Just like there recorded options...please press 1 if you want to learn more about our options...please press 2 if you want to hedo something that no one ever wants....3...4....please press 82 if you want to get to our next set of options where you may or may not get the option to be placed in a ridiculous long queue only to be told its not our department....ps this was all £1.50 per min

Whenever I game normally, not online, i'm as relaxed as a fluffy pillow, but as soon as I go online, it's like I've been assigned to disarm a nuclear bomb.

I get all tensed up like I've been benching for 3 days, it's only really on FPS's but any other genre and I'm fine.
Is anyone else in the same boat, do you get stressed? I personally have to leave a game every hour or so to take a cooler or i'll probably start getting angry.

Someone please tell me it's not just me!

I get angry, but I get angry when I have to spend 5 minutes going through these automated systems, then 15 minutes in a queue followed by my iphone(s) dropping the call.

Thats something to be peed about.
