Plex - Now free movies - ad supported.

I searched on the forums but couldn’t find anything.

It appears Plex has jumped on the bandwagon to compete with the big movie streaming companies.

Plex is now offering FREE movie streaming but there’s one catch. They are ad supported.

I have yet to watch any films but will do soon too see how many ads and how long they are per movie.

Removed Plex after years of use for Emby (I use both Emby Client and Members made Plug-In/Skin for Kodi, there is actually 2 but its the main one) and do I not think I could go back, support from Emby is far better and non existent from Plex on their forum.

There is a PLEX web version that can run in a browser without installing

it’s what I’m using to test this new free version out. I still haven’t fully watched anything yet though.
