Pls help me with name of track

I saw this track on mtv the other day and its got such a cool feel to it just want to hear it again but cant remeber what it was called or who by.

I just remeber the video was a spoof of thriller and smooth criminal with a midget and a guy with a stretchy neck and random people in really funny but bad make up.
