pls help: quick easy x2 question...

could someone pls help me out. I'ts a simple question. which is better for gaming and general everyday use?

Amd x2 4400 @ 2.8ghz = ram at 254mhz 3-4-4-8 1:1

or

Amd x2 4400 @ 2.8ghz = ram at 211mhz 2-2-2-5 on a divider

Cheers guys. Yeah memory prices are getting a bit extortionate.

I decided in the end to go with 1Gb pc4400 for the mean time and upgrade to a decent 2gb kit when prices come down or when i've got a bit more money.

I'm mainly gonna be playing catch up anyway (havn't played far cry, half-life 2, doom3 etc) so that shoud be fine for now.

I'm a bit more confused now though. So running the ram much higher is better than tight timings on a divider?
