Pls Spec me my first build

Hey Guys, First post so be nice..

Looking to do my first PC build and I'm hoping you guys can help me out with the specs. I've read the guides on the forum and they'll be invaluable but im hoping for more tailored advice.
Budget: £700-ish
Use: light gaming (MW2, L4D 2, Fallout 3) and some video/audio encoding
Dont Need: OS (Can get win7 32bit or 64bit) or a monitor, kybd or mouse.

Let me say Thanks in advance. I'm going away for a few days and won't have proper internet access, so if you reply and I don't I'm not being arrogant I'm just not here.

Here.This will allow you to play any games that you want and also to do video/audio encoding.The CPU is a Tri-Core one but with the GigaByte motherboard you have the option to unlock the fourth core and this way you'll have a Quad-Core with 7.5MB L3 Cache at 91 pounds.You clould also overclock the CPU to 3.0Ghz easily and you won't have any temperatures issues with the indicated CPU Cooer.

Theres a couple of builds for £700 in the thread in my sig, one for intel and one for AMD, both would meet your needs
