Plug and play battery question

Ive noticed once I have shut down my console and controller with the rechargeable battery pack, segemnt 3 on the xbox button on the controller stays lit all be it more dim than powered up.

Is this normal?

Yep, happens when you are using the rechargeable battery pack. Dont think anyones found a reason why yet?

Incidentally, all my segments are dimly lit when the console is off

Thanks nismo thougt it was a fault, that must be sucking some juice out of it,. Seems pointless to have it lit to me :confused:

Yeah, although the drain will be minimal, as I said nobody really seems to know why it happens.

Dosn't do it with normal batteries AFAIK either.
