plugging a 13 amp surge protected extension

in to another extension socked for a pc. Is this safe? Main wall socket is inaccessable.

Daisy chaining is fine if your using it as an extension, it only becomes a problem when you plug a load of things in. PC monitor and speakers will pull 1-3A depending on setup leaving lots of overhead for your cable.

Add in a vac at ~ 3A an iron ~ 4A peak and you start to push it
