Plugin/program for changing sound output?

Hi, is there a way of setting up an audio output for e.g. Google chrome? (Flash player)
I know you can change it in windows by setting it to default, but thats not what I want and after changing this couple of times it getts pretty laggy...

Maybe by VLC? but what sort of plugin?

Do you mean that you want to be able to have several different multimedia files open at the same time but mute one/some of them? In Windows 7 you can 'mix' different multimedia programs. Not sure if this is what you mean though.

Nope, I got my friend to write a program for virtual driver in which you can pick a virtual source and attach it to a physical source.

In simplier way...
I want to change audio output for flash player, because at the moment you can only change it by changing the default output source in windows...

But he said it can take upt to 2 weeks, we shall see. I tried different things and did lots of searching...
Didn't find anything except people mouning about it.
