Plumbers - three way ball valve

Is there such a thing as a 15mm 3 way ball valve that will allow me to do this:

The 'always open' is the washing machine and the 'sometimes open' is the external tap.

I'm trying to tidy up the plumbing under the kitchen sink and this would allow me to replace two pipes with one. It has to be fairly compact with compression fit if possible (I have no experience with any other joint type).

I did think of that but I don't think I have the room for the T and the isolation valve, hence the all-in-one solution :/
 
This is essentially the space I have to work with; between the elbow and the T from the cold feed:

This elbow goes to the ext tap and you can just see the end of the current isolation tap on the left:
