PlusNet FTTP

I'm eligible for FTTP with Plusnet, after using their standard unlimited fibre broadband (76Mb) for ages. Does anyone know what the latency is like with FTTP? Was thinking about getting the 300Mb package. My pings to Google / BBC are around 19ms, but they're typically very stable, no spikes.

Depends where in the country you are, you can expect some improvement over FTTC but I don’t think it would halve as an example.

When i moved to fttp my pings went from 17~ to 14~ there is only so much it can do when 99% of the distance is the same as when you are on fttc.
