Plusnet MAC Key

Hi chaps. Just asked plusnet for my MAC key so I can move to O2 and take advantage of http://www.simplifydigital.co.uk/o2/o2_broadband_cashback.aspx

However plusnet say the MAC key can take 5 working days, and that offer expires sooner than that. Anyone know if O2 will let me sign up and provide the MAC in a few days?

I don't think they had to - I'm sure other people have gone through the O2 signup process before and maybe know whether they are the same as Sky etc who have a "I'll provide my MAC later" option!

They should let you do that (I know we do), but if they advise you otherwise then I can probably expedite your MAC request if you drop me a PM.
