Plusnet!No Engineer :(

My sister has signed up to plusnet home phone and fibre 40meg
She has no working phone at her home and an engineer was supposed to call yesterday afternoon to install phone socket and fibre etc
No show:mad:
Is it best to give them a few days or complain straight away?
Bit miffed as I recommended them:(
 
UPDATE
Sunday morn put a request for help on Plusnet forums and 30 mins later got her a new appointment for install and a free month for the cockup(it was on their end,so the rep said)
Will see if this one goes ok :D
 
Update
OR turned up at 830 this morning :D
Just got back from setting it all up for her
Plusnet router that I gave her is a bit pants upstairs
Any suggestions of a `CHEAP`router with better wi-fi ? :)
