Plusnet Unlimited without the Pro add-on - how are Usenet/P2P speeds?

I'm thinking of switching to Plusnet's new Unlimited Broadband package and dropping the Pro add-on. The Pro add-on changes the prioritisation of Usenet/P2P from Bronze to Gold (details here), amongst other things.

I'm wondering how other Plusnet users are finding the speeds -- particularly during the day -- for Usenet/P2P without the Pro add-on.

I originally added the Pro add-on because Usenet had become unbearably slow at almost any time of day.

Are they saying that they now have enough capacity so that customer A's Usenet will never be slowed down by customer B's web browsing?

Hi yes
I had Fibre value - with the Pro add on. I upgraded to Unlimited a few weeks ago - and removed the Pro add on. I was concerned about taking this off my account. But so far so good, pings just the same, only difference is I have a greater download result on Speedtest.

I saved a few quid even though I upgraded my account as the add on was a fiver. See how you get on, I would highly recommended Unlimited.
