Are you after a pre-built system or would you be willing to build this yourself?

Do you need a monitor/OS/peripherals?

And will there be no gaming at all?

ill be having it rigged up to my samsung smart tv and the os i may need i do have windows 7 disc but its an upgrade disc when i got my old hp it had vista so i got the windows 7 upgrade disc and they wont be much gaming if any

if you could build your own computer (there's a load of youtube vids that show you how to do it)
this would be my suggestion
cuz you would save 30-50 quid by building your own computer than getting a computer built by a company

ofc depending on where you live, there may be some kind forumer who would pop by to help you to build it

To save a bit more you could get an i3 instead of an i5. For what you'll be using it for I doubt you'd see any performance difference.
