Plz spec me CPU, Memory, Mobo for under £180

As above, once every 12 months I upgrade my brothers PC's for them come Xmas period, since I have 2 weeks either side of Xmas day off - so dont mind spending day or two messing about for a few free drinks. :p So it’s that time again, have my own idea's but would appreciate some input to see if anyone can come up with something ideal. :)

They already have decent Seasonic S12 500 PSU's so no problem there; just require the three bits listed in title + price sub £200 maximum per build; to get them off socket 939 at long last. 2 GB or 4 GB memory (4 GB preferred), good CPU (Quad or Dual) + mobo for reasonable over clocking. Won’t require aftermarket heat sink since the Scythe Infinity each has, will fit.

You can't do much better than the above. The E2180 should be able to clock to 3Ghz on the stock cooler. You'd be getting a great bang for buck.
 
Not too far off my thinking with above, below cost £210 which is pushing it, but for the sake of £10 they have 4gb memory.
