Well you'll need to find some because it won't work without drivers.
If it's gonna take you more than an hour or so of searching you might aswell buy a new modem, they're not expensive and it'll probably work better.

What OS are you using and what is the actual modem?
If it's a USB ADSL modem and the OS is something like Vista 64 you may be unlucky.
My first stop when looking for drivers that I can't find on the manufacturers site is usually to google the modem make/model and OS.
