Hi Guys I have recently dug up my old ipaq 5450 which has built in wifi etc etc.
I am trying to get it connected and syncing wirelessly at work. It connects fine to our wireless AP and I get a valid IP address.
I am prompted to enter a password for the proxy to gain access to the internet, obviously this is the same account detail I use on my desktop, sadly it doesn't work on the PDA, all I get back is a re-request to login.
Having done a little reading I have found that some versions of Pocket PC 2003 don't support NTLM auth, (2000 & 2002) and a patch was released for these. Sadly I can find no such patch/fix for 2003.
So its NTLM the problem? if so how can I fix it or do you have any other ideas?
