Does anyone know if its legal to sell access to podcasts?

Basically, this will be a joint effort between myself and someone else reading and recording literature for educational use. The information on the podcasts will be none copyrighted and our own material.

Just wondering if there will be any legalities we need to consider before going ahead?

Cheers, :)

Just charge for the podcasts per episode on iTunes??

I can't see any legal implications so long as it's your own material, and you adhere to the law.

Sorry im not familiar with itunes as of yet. So is it possible to add your own podcasts to iTunes and people can then buy/listen/download?

cheers for the help d00d.

We had the idea of our own site with the podcasts on.

Yeah, it's pretty easy so long as you have server space which would be able to support the RSS links and bandwidth.

As I recall (when I put mine on iTunes) you just add it and wait for people to subscribe :)
