I run a gaming podcast, I wondered if anyone else does anything we could make a list of and follow etc.

Three guys and a cup

Gamescoop is pretty much the only one I listen to.

I used to listen to Kinda Funny Gaming, Glitch Please (Rooster Teeth), IGN UK, IGN Playstation and IGN Xbox and also their Nintendo but they all fell off last couple of years as I am commuting less so less podcast time for me. Gamescoop stays mostly because it's just news, retro stuff and a 20 question retro game game. It covers all the main stuff and some opinions but because it's only 1 hour for all genre, it doesn't drag on. I know there are entire podcast on Last of Us Pt1, I just couldn't imagine talking about a game for an hour.
Yes i think an hour on just one topic makes it a bit of a saga sometimes. I mean unless you love debates or fan Bois!
I'll check out games scoop

The ones listen to

8-4 Play
DLC
Major Nelson Radio
Midlife Gamer Podcast
The Giant Beastcast
VideoGamer Podcast
Giant Bombcast
The Pocket Gamer Podcast
MGP - The Mature Gamer Podcast
GameSpot After Dark
Jiggle Physics
Factory Sealed Retro Gaming Podcast
Retro Asylum
Retro Gaming RoundUp

Wow that's a full load of podcasts. How come so many? What do you like in general?

That’s why most of these fell off, inevitably there are quieter periods in a console cycle where there are less games comes out as developers gear towards the next Gen consoles and they all seem to do the same thing.

PS5 special - what we expect
XB1X special - does special matter?
Nintendo - is Breath of the Wild the best launch game title
Halo infinite - Should it be delayed? And look back on the Halo saga.

etc, they can focus an entire hour on 1 topic. Game scoop will cover that in about 10mins and then move on. Unless you really want to deep dive into the topic, personally, bite size like that is what I am looking for.
Our podcast ranges in time, but we tend not to spend an hour on one subject. It can alienate people. So we try and move on when the times right.

It's interesting on where and why people listen to them.

Is there anything that keeps you going back?
And what are your pet peeves
