I thought i would ask the good folks of this forum regarding my problem. BT are baffled and they tell me they are not filtering any sites.
The blocking is happening on my laptop and my mobile phone when connected to my BT router. So its not laptop related. If i connect my laptop to my mobile phones network, it loads this site instantly, so its all pointing at my BT connection.
I got BT fibre installed a week ago. Most of the time pof.com does not work, sometimes it did work. The strange this was that i could still access adult sites and other dating sites. I activated parental controls and set it to mild filtering, i set a rule to unblock this site, this seemed to work but at the same time blocked a lot of other sites i use, so i then disabled the parental controls. Yesterday i phoned BT twice and they dont seem to have a clue about what it could be and 'refreshed' the line, i dont know if that is a real thing or just to get me off the phone. I restarted my router using the hub manager and then the site worked. Roughly 24 hours later the site is not working again. So i restarted the router and the site is working again.
So chaps can any of you offer some help on this one. Many thanks
