SURELY this has got to happen?

Im allready salivating at the 2 rail shooters.. Umbrella Chronicles and Ghost Squad and secretly hankering for a Time Crisis game on Wii.

I would love to see Point Blank on the Wii with the Zapper.

It would be great, i spent god knows how much on point blank when they had it at my local years ago.

Its pretty good for the DS though, works better than you would imagine.
 
Agreed. The DS version is good fun.

I also spent too much money on this and other rail shooters as a kid.

Simply great fun.

Remember "Super Scope"?
 
I'm looking forward to these lightgun shooters too but the zapper seems completely pointless so far. The Umbrella Chronicles footage shows the game still using an on screen cursor and from the design of the zapper, it doesn't look like you can just point and aim like with the sight/lip thingy on the end of a lightgun. E3 impressions all seem to say the zapper doesn't provide enough rumble feedback too. I know Wiimote shooting with a cursor is awesome having played RE4 on Wii so I'll be happy playing these games Wiimote/nunchuck style.. unless they update the design..

wasn't the super scope the, i'm not sure how old it is, snes light gun? or, was it even for the NES? musta been snes, had the piddly light gun for what was it, Duck hunt and stuff :p

super scope was also used as the weapon in super mario bros the film, what a classic that was , :p
